Can I buy Approvals on its own?

Is my data kept separate and secure?
Every company gets its own workspace on its own subdomain, and every record is tied to it: no other company can read it. Permissions decide what each person sees (their own records, their team's, or all), secrets are encrypted at rest and every change is in the audit log.
What can AI see in Approvals?
Only what the person asking may see. AI features run inside your workspace with that person's own access, so records outside their scope and fields hidden from them never reach the model. You can switch each AI feature on or off in Settings.
